I was told by a CSR there would be no issue.... I will see. However, if I had a defective 722 receiver replaced directly thru dish network with no input from ATT... is it safe to assume my equipment is not owned by ATT and hence, have to be returned?

If they have to create a new account hopefully I dont have to send back equipment, sign a contract or lose any of the discounts/programing I currenty have.
