I guess I will cancel and order online sometime in the future to avoid any screw ups- I mean if they screw up this soon, I hate to see what the next two years are going to be like.

I plan on getting Direct sometime soon, the current offer looks good, but am wondering if a better offer is around the corner? I talked to CS and they said the current offer ends in Oct. sometime. Is it possible to get a better offer then? Also when I talked to them, they didn't seem to budge...
