The ka band satellites(99,103) are not high powered satellites. This is why the triple sat dish won't work as well. As soon as dish network starts using their satellites at the 97 and 105 orbital slots you will have even more problems.

Directv recommends that you leave the native setting off. If you want to change the resolution from 720p to 1080i use the format button on the remote.
