    Yes it has a aluminum plate (severely bent) that the scalar mounts to. I have the lnb/scaler with the plate. it does have the "button hook" type mount i guess. there is a single pole coming out of the center to hold the lnb that branches out in three directions.....kinda like a pyramid.
