A couple questions on the Wally. Can it be swapped in place of a VIP722k without any needed changes? If enabled as a DVR is it possible to easily swap between the tuners? Thanks.

Woke this morning where the guide and other 722k receiver functions all were working but when I turned to a channel I simply got a blank screen. Did a check switch and it told me I as missing a satellite. Rebooted and everything seemed to be back to normal. So is my 722k on its last legs or...

I saw this problem on my old 622 as well and now see it on my 722k. Was told once to delete the timer and recreate it which works part of the time.

When I attempted to switch to Directv several months ago they charged my card before the install. When they wanted to put the dish roughly 20 feet into my yard I cancelled and it took two weeks for them to process the refund.

This evening when I sat down to watch tv I pulled up the guide and nearly everything that is an hour or more in the future shows as "No info available". Non of the shows that should record this evening are showing on the scheduled. I have cycled the power on the 622 twice with no luck. Any ideas?
