I would like to recommend that they make there website more informative about the Arc's and that all the receivers they advertise on the website is not supported on all systems and locations. If you read my other post you will see why I recommend this. =')

Yea I understand MattG, Our 2 year is up on 5/21/11 and we will renew and I will tell them that we need to change over to EA and what I will need to do to replace the 625 with a Mpge-4 receiver. I think I am done with buy equipment on ebay without calling dish before hand to see if I can use it.

The receiver is working, the one tech we talked to had it activated, It was getting our channels but it keep deactivating our 722k.
