    Do I really need a new box?

    One of my old 301 seems to be acting up. It's having problems with Satellite 119. Error box 002 says Channel 140 Satellite 119 transponder 11 signal has been lost. Another error box 015 says Satellite 119 transponder 15. I get other satellite channels on the box. It just keeps repeating...

    Can 2 people use 522 seperatly?

    I have 1 522, 2 301, 1 ViP612 and a Tivo. Can 2 people use the 522 separately? They are in rooms next to each other. They want to watch separate channels. Only one of them is really into recording shows. If they can do this then I can I get rid of the Tivo and 1 of the 301's and a phone line.
