yes it can be done ..... basically anything thats dpp can have that setup it would be just like having a 61.5 wing dish or 129 wing dish

usually as far as i have seen the close caption is either too early or too late i have not found anything to fix this as of yet

well if you have a wall plate just connect the coax from there to your receiver remember get rg-6 coax and if its not a wall plate make sure u get high frequency barrels you will know which ones they are they have the blue center oh and you can get those materials at any hardware store ie...

well if you necessarily cannot mount to the deck then yes that would be more sturdy then a bucket but still not the best . . . . the best would be mount to the actual deck

the only problem you could have even if they said yes is that its a pretty big dish its a 30 inch dish plus it has a big arm to hold the lnb and requires struts . . so in that case it would not be able to be put on a pole in a bucket it would not be strong enough to hold that big dish
