I switched to Dish in October and my trial with HBO/Starz runs out on January 13th. I am upgrading to Turbo Gold HD on January 17th...will I get an additional 3 more months of HBO/Starz (but this time in HD)??

I called Dish earlier today (I wasn't sure if it was the 622 or 722) and I am actually getting the 622. Will this have any effect on the setup itself?

I'm reading on here people are having difficulty adding HD now until February? I just switched to Dish in October (am very happy so far, btw) and bought an HDTV right around Black Friday. I called Dish last week and will be getting HD put in next Saturday. A new dish and receiver is needed...

Okay...yeah, we only have one HDTV that i want it on. So, is the receiver now going to be by the TV instead of in the basement? Would you recommend buying an HDMI cable (6 foot cable?) instead of the component cables Dish uses?

Okay, so next Saturday I'm getting the upgrade to HD for my Dish subscription. I'm about as non-technical as they come, but really want to get the most out of the HD upgrade. The two receivers I have now (322Gs) are in the basement of my house so it was a very clean install. I've read on here...
