    sound dropping for a second?

    I'm having the same issue. Optical sound drops. If I leave the sound up on my tv (connected via RCA), then I can hear it, just the optical drops. There is another thread discussing the same issue. I can't post a link, but here is a tinyurl : tinyurl.com/3nv8qu

    St. Louis NBC (Ch. 5) audio issues?

    Same here. Only have this problem on Ch. 5 (NBC) in STL. Does seem to lessen if watching live.
