I had Dish network before but i moved to a new apartment, in this new place they do not accept satellite tv. i used to watch a lot of my country soccer games on this channel and i was wondering if cablevision will add this channel CANAL 1 INTERNACIONAL like they did for ecuavisa international...

i just swicth from dish to cablevision and they connected the hd box but i can't watch the entire screen it has two vertical strips on the both sides in the screen.
Can i fix this so i can watch any show in the full screen?
