    We just switched to HD and a guy came and installed one of these dvrs in our tv room. We ordered a second to replaced a SD dvr. They waived the install fee and just sent us a the dvr and no guy. I have the dvr hooked up and it has picture on both tvs( 1 hd, 1 sd), but it can't find any...
