I tried to install a new Snap todY. Suddenly i cannot receive satellite signals and cannot tune to OTA signals. The OTA antenna is functional when hooked up to another tuner. I just cannot tune to satellite or OTA using the HWS. I do see the HWS menus and guide just no programming.

It looks like DISH added guide data for the subject channel. Was it there before but I never noticed?

I just received an email telling me I am entitled to Cinemax GO as a DISH sub. Isn't this usually reserved for Cinemax subs? does this mean anything? I am not saying it does. i am honestly asking what this means---if it means anything at all.
