    Thanks for the reply. I hooked up the motor and the dish moves, but I can't tell where to. Nothing shows on the front-panel except a few indicators on the right edge. Should it at least show a channel number?

    I was given a 650 yesterday but I didn't think to ask about a remote. I hooked up my C band input and TV and got some channels. Should there be any front-panel or on-screen display showing without a remote?
