I don't care about the hd channels. I just want the dvr to work. winegard and direct rep all say dvr will still work. I have been at this for 2 weeks. I am totally out of patience lol.

sorry guys I should have better explained. its a 5lnb with 3 of the little white things. it only has a connection for 1 cable. I have used 2 different apps on galaxy s5 and both show its level. even the compass shows I am right at 185 azimuth which is what I am told to use.. I don't know model...
