Sorry, I meant it when I tried the new port, it did Not resolve the issue.

The receiver model is an H21-200. The splitter is a SWS8WB-P. When I replaced the receiver, the same problem occurred. I have also tried an used port on the splitter, with no problem. The installer did not run new cable, but utilized the existing cable run.

The run is about 75 feet max. Again, it worked fine for over 5 months. No other location to move the dish because the wife does not want to see it.
