Movie Setup to Record, Cinema ($3.99) in List
I would love to hear this a a known issue with DIRECTV and they are working to get this fixed; however, when I called and spoke to a 'supervisor' he was very persistent in saying he has never seen this issue before and it is not a known issue.- towen90

I'm having an issue that DIRECTV technical support doesn't even seem to believe I'm having... so I'm hoping someone on here might be able to help or at least tell me I'm not alone.
