Our signal is usually 100 or close to it and then just loses it.

When mine is on a channel it can be 100 for the signal then all of a sudden it drops off and when it comes back on it is around 85 and goes up too 100 again. We bought an indoor antenna. Would an outdoor one be better fir what reason?
