I just reset to the factory default settings and set up for the correct settings without any good results. I was able to get a list of additional channels, but it still showing the "Scrambled Channels" message. It appears that the only solution, is to return the CW-700S receiver.

I bought the new receiver via the www.gosattelite.com. I am going to try to reset the receiver to the factory default and see if does anything. If this does not resolve the issue, I may have to return it. Again, thanks for all your help.

I am just wondering. In the Installation and Operation manual section 4.1 Installation of the CW-700S it shows that I need to input a password. As I recall, it never prompt me to enter any password. Just wondering if this could cause the "Scrambled" problem.

Are there any setting on the setup, that I may be directed to? Earlier, I thought I saw something like the mpg2 vs mpg4 video format, that could cause the "Scrambled" message issue. Just wondering if there is any option for me to change that, and where in the setup?

After adding the 12032/H/3003/3/4 in the transponder section, it now lists the RTPi America channel even though I still can not view it because, it's still is showing the "Scrambled" message.
