    Every time I am recording a show and try to switch channels my 622 reboots. I run in single mode. My 942 didn't have this problem. It worked fine. Thanks for any input. John

    I called into C.S. on Friday asking to upgrade my leased 942 to a Vip 622. I was told that it would cost me 299 billed to my credit card and 200 credit back to my dish bill after they recieved my 942 back. I was told that I would have to do this BEFORE 4/1 to take advantage of the offer...
