    Definitely a long shot but I wonder if Dish would waive their cancellation fees for customers who want to switch to Sling TV.

    I cancelled dish the other day (I think I'm going to come crawling back) and they sent me an e-mail saying they'll give me free hd for life (as well as many other things) if I come back. Sounds like they still offer this under the correct circumstances.

    That is exactly what I was going to recommend. To me it makes perfect sense. If you're subscribed to league pass, center ice etc you expect to get the games not all sports related shows in that region. I live in Boston and I want my local RSNs Boston content. I wouldn't expect to get local news...

    Can someone explain to me why adding a couple more HD channels per region is a possible bandwidth issue? They have hundreds of HD channels already why would they neglect regional sports which arguably is keeping millions of more americans (such as myself) from cutting the cable cord.
