    722 broadband setup problem

    I hooked up an ethernet cable to my DVR 722 and in the Broadband menu I am getting and IP address and the DVR says that it is connected. However, when I go to web activation, it gives me the error message "activation failed. please try again later" it has been doing this for a month now...
