Ok I feel stupid asking this but how do you switch to the second tuner on the HR20. I can tell there is going to be a learning curve here from my old D* Tivo box. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Can you use the OTA HD portion of the HR20 with out it being activiated and connected to a dish. I am awaiting install of a 5 LNB dish and was curious if I could get HD this way until the new dish is installed. Any suggestions would be great.

Well I already bought the box at Best Buy and I do need a new dish installed as mine is only a dual LNB.

Thanks I will try that and report back on what they say. I was crying this weekend looking at the HR20 box and then at my TV with the football games not in HD.

Thanks for the responses I am going to try my luck with this unit as it seems like the firmware updates have fixed most issues. The only bad thing now is that DirecTv has no install appointments for at least 2-3 weeks which sucks.
