They are doing the recordings by going in advance on the guide, then hitting select, just keep hitting select to get back. I've had 2 customers show me what they were doing

I have several customers that I upgraded to Duo Hoppers, they never had a DVR, and get the receiver recording stuff, then can't change channels, it is a customer recording error. Is there a way to disable recording?

What is wrong with SiriusXM "The Bridge" (99-32)? The title and album art is flashing on and off. Very Annoying! Also, As of 1 Feb 26, SiriusXM Prime Country (99-58) is still showing "Country Christmas"! Dish needs to hire someone to fix these.
