Can someone with the time explain all these satellite terms to me?
Ahhh thank you all for your answers! This explains so much and helps me understand more lol. I live in WNY so I'm assuming the eastern arc is the norm for where I live and why I can't even get transponder 119 and the other western satellites to work. However..
