When ever i use the mini guide or fullscreen guide I encounter a problem. If i try to scroll up or down the screen freezes for about thirty seconds and then it will scroll. However, it will only show the program that is highlighted. This repeats every time i scroll. Any ideas or fixes?

I had the same problem with the iowa game. there was a quick flash that said my smart card was not authorized for this channel and it then only recorde black. But i was able to turn it to that channel and watch the end of the game when i got home.

Hi, i just started having this happen, i have sound on espnhd 140 and no other channels, if i switch sources i have sound for example on my ota antenna. Also tv2 in my bedroom has sound on all the channels. any advice?
