    Problems with 211 after new software release

    Had the same problem this morning with my 211...had to do an unplug reset to get it to work. Using component connections.

    The CSR assured me I wouldn't need to upgrade my dish 500 pointed at 110 and 119, that it would work fine with the 211 and the HDGold pack. Is that right, or do I need to call back and talk to someone else? They're scheduled to come out tomorrow with the 211. thanks

    Called at 10:50 CST. On Hold for 10 Minutes. CSR knew about promotion, but unsure as to details. Upgraded my 811 to a 211, scheduled installation for tomorrow. Thanks for all the great info on this forum.
