Hold the power button on the box for 5 seconds and once it starts to reboot, walk away and leave it alone for 10-20 minutes. I did it this morning and my program guide got reloaded.

Had a good installation today in NoVa. Datalink Communications, specifically Dave did the install and everything went smoothly. He said he installs 2 wires by default so I didn't even need to ask about it. And he installed the power module in the Stealth antenna. OTA reception was good...
