oh, yeah I have two sat feeds going to the receiver. Sat2 is going with the duplexer, and Sat1 is coming straight through from the switch to the wall plate, then to the receiver's Sat1 IN port.

so does this mean you can hookup an external Hard Drive and record to it? What External recording devices could you possibly use? :confused:

pretty sure. Let me see if I can describe it for you. From my receiver I have my TV2 out going to the vhf/uhf port on the diplexer(1), I have the Sat2 IN going to the Sat port on the diplexer(1) and the In/Out port going to the wall, it goes down to my basement to another diplexer(2) In/Out...
