Thanks! I reset my receiver and now I do see them. However when I select any of them it says it's unavailable!!! Now what?? I'm on the plan that gets all the channels.

I plugged in my wireless adapter and it works and I can download movies. However when I go to channel 1000 I see it but I don't see any of the other channels that the setup guide mentioned. ie. 1528 STARZ etc - should I see those channels? Thanks!

If you are planning on watching HD then do NOT let them diplex the cable internet line. It may appear to work, but check the new satellite channels and make sure both 103b satellites are receiving a signal (both tuners). it took me 3 installers to get this right - the last one was here 6 hours...

Hmmm. Ok - here's what I'm doing. Start with any channel on just watching tv. I hit the GUIDE button. I hit the GUIDE button again to get the CHANNEL CATEGORIES. I scroll down to the bottom one that says HDTV CHANNELS. So now all I see are HD channels on my channel guide. So now I scroll...

When I select the guide and go to HDTV channels I see all the new channels. When I select one, it sends me to the channel but I get the blank screen 771 thing. If I go up a channel, it then works. This is annoying. Is there a fix? Thanks!
