receiver says it has signal... when it loaded on the tivo box.. it was all the 101 channels.. the preview channel was where it was supposed to be... im completely stumped on this one!!! even switched out the dish with a brand new one... same result

I just ordered a qq box dvb-s usb receiver. I have the drivers all installed, Hooked up to galaxy 19 at 97 west. I cant get it to see the signal in ProgDVB or Mytheater. Just says no signal. Can these things even see the signals here in canada? The power cord needed an adapter to use. Anyone...
