    I want to Switch to Dish from Direct

    I just made the switch myself. I personally find the picture quality of Dish to be as good to me as directv on HD channels and better on SD channels. I was with Dish last in 2012 and did not recall the picture to be as good. For the record, I find Dish hardware to be superior.

    Two Hoppers...overkill?

    I came from DTV with 4 dual tuner DVRs to a Hopper and 3 joeys for 4 people. Soon I learned that I was 2 tuners short of what we really needed. Got a second Hopper and I have never been happier. I think the performance of the Hopper is superior to that of my old HDDVRs, but to each his own...
