I am terribly confused by this thread. I jsut got my service this week, 3 recievers on tripple LNB with one reciever a H10 for HD service, sunday ticket and superfan. 1) I was told that in september in my market I can expect the addition of between 15 and 30 national HD feeds at no charge...

Superfan gets you most of the games in HD (local black outs and national feeds in HD you get or don't get already)... right?

Hmmm... paying that kind of money for a HDMI cable is insane. A good quality one, gold connections and double shielded with quality connectors can be had for well under 50 bucks.

Is there a 'fix' for this dark PQ issue... mine is HORRIBLE, just awful, on my 46" DLP from Sammy. I usually ahve to run at or under 70% brightness but here I have it at almost 95% (and then it starts' to wash even though it doesn't get brighter) with my contrast at 100% just to see it.

No idea about hte PVR/HD box. The HD IQ was killer for the most part with the 4200 so I don't see it geting all that much better.
