I have 4 receivers - all DVRs. My bill shows 2 as "Additional receiver" $5.00 and 2 as "Leased receiver" $5.00. I bought the first 2 before D* started making everything leased. Can I deactivate 1 of the OWNED receivers, give it to a friend, and then can he activate it on his account?

I have an HD-ready LCD TV, and a new R15 (free after rebate - I know the consequences). I can't afford $400 net for the DirecTV HD receiver/DVR. Can I add a DirecTV HD receiver (free after rebate) for viewing "live" HD, but still use the R15 to record in non-HD? Thanks, I'm a newbie.
