Just as a follow up, 1) Went to Anderson and Circuit City to see what other Direct TV HD receivers they have, answer, none, only the H10. 2) Receiver S/W updated middle of the first night. Picture is better, guide works better but experiences some delays, otherwise, I'll live with this...
