I've got two receivers. HR21-700 and H21-200 and slimline ka/ku at-9 HD dish. I think those are okay. Also, tech had me test another channel on that satellite, weather channel HD, and it was okay. How can I find out what other channels are on that satellite?

I am having the same problem. Can't access channels 552 or 259. I am subscribed to the HD Extra package. Was able to get stations before they switched them to higher channels. Tech support wants to send someone out for $49. Which I don't mind if it something wrong with my setup. But, not...
