I was never able to change firmware on mine via wireless or wired internet connections. It would go to 28% and quit. I used a memory stick and it worked the first time.

I think it's the power supply I had a recommended WD drive in my Azbox and two power supplies quit working after very little use. The dealer sent me a third power supply that had been repaired, and it has been working ever since.
