I'm still learning too so the only question I can help you with is when the vertical bar on the right turns yellow it is showing you the signal quality. That will let you know that you are on the satellite you are looking for. I hope this helps.

Hi Pete, I use the lp side of the lnb to try and get the free channels on the satellites. I can use the cp side and I have no problem getting the Echostar satellites. I have a Diseqc switch I plan on using when I get this all figured out. Are the Dishnetwork satellites more powerful than the rest?
