My guess is that Direct picks up WOLF by streaming instead of an antenna since the same problem occurred on both services but not OTA. The CE probably fixed the feed to the stream.

Is there a solution to getting YouTube videos to play? I'm using TNAP 5 and when I select a video to play, the screen just stays black. I can play the video on my computer so I know I'm able to connect online.

When it happens again just grab your hose and give the LNBF a light shower to cool it and see if your reception comes back. I’ve heard of problems with the LNBF frequency drifting if it overheats.

I never had luck with things like a support cord. I salvaged a couple elements from an old over the air antenna and used them to help support the lnbf. Much more solid.
