I had the wireless joey 4, but did not like the android interface or the lack of caller ID. I switched to the wireless joey. I believe the wireless joey 4 was faster

Agree, why remove the HD or SD designation from the guide? Does it cost them more? A lot of people, including myself use that to determine if they want to watch that program

This "improvement" apparently came with the latest update. Why can't they leave fundamental things alone?

Mine is same way There are still several channels that are SD, especially the movie channels

I have a similar problem with one of my HWS. It shows a group of recorded shows, but when you click on the folder, there is nothing there, empty. I try to delete the folder, it disappears until the next time access the recorded shows, then it is back again, empty.

the problem isn't the receiver, I have that the problem is that the consumer is again paying more for less, plus now if you don't have the proper receiver or internet service, you can't get the channel at all.

Would assume that to be true only with fast internet service. What would be the minimum internet speed for this to occur?

This is what I am trying to get it to do, but it won't go past acquiring signal. Shows that on all 3 tuners of my hws. Is there a way to force it to use the internet?

That is what I thought. Can't reach the dish, on the roof. Will have to wait for it to thaw

Outside of Louisville, ky had snow all day with no issues. Snow has stopped but slight rain and now system says signal out moving to internet. Anyone else seeing this?
