Agreed. If the LNB is good, and if voltage is being supplied from the receiver to the LNB, then usually Signal Intensity should show an upscale reading.

You won't receive that transponder until you change the SR to the correct value of 20000. My records show as recent as January that the SR is 20000, not 22000. If you don't know how to do that, then choose a different transponder on 97W Galaxy 19. Signal Intensity tells you little. Focus on...
