I am not a Dish subscriber, but I'd just like to chime in. If I recall correctly, Dish has the SD locals for my market (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA) on the Western Arc, and the HD locals on the Eastern Arc. Will they put both feeds on WA, or remove the SD feeds on WA and have only the HD feeds...

I'm not sure when this happened exactly, but the font for much of the channel listings on the map is now Aptos Narrow. Previously, they had been in Eurostile font. No big deal, just found it interesting.

I believe the "Your receiver is on 61.5" channel for Dish is on channel 9582. See what comes up when you tune to that.

I think they do. I’m pretty sure they are unencrypted so they can be used by technicians to check that the equipment is properly working. I’m a DirecTV sub, and they have a similar setup with the Sports Packages channel (channels 100 and 113) and the Satellite Test channels (9501 to 9512)

FYI: I downgraded to Choice in October 2016. I had Xtra before.

I just noticed I am no longer getting FOX Sports 2 on channel 618 in either HD or SD. I was before. I have the Choice package, even though I believe FS2 has always been on Ultimate and higher. I guess DirecTV finally realized I've been getting a channel I shouldn't have been getting all along...
