Same thing here. I'm only pointed at 82 and have been getting the program guide without issue until last week. Came here to see if anyone else was reporting the same issue and your post seems to confirm it. It wouldn't be so bad except my PVR won't work at all, even to record live TV.

I'll second that opinion. I live in Lancaster and have a 30" dish which works fine until it starts to rain. A 36" dish would probably make it more reliable.

Just an update for posterity's sake. Because I was using a new receiver, I had to point my dish at 91 to initially download the firmware. I purchased a 30" Winegard which is giving me almost 50% signal on 91, so I was able to download the firmware. Then I resync'd the receiver on the Bell...

Alright, I took my TV and receiver out to the garage which is where the dish is mounted. I ran two cables from the lnb directly to Satellite 1 and Satellite 2 inputs. I ran "Check Switch" which shows connection on 82 for both inputs. I have 60-70% signal on all transponders for both inputs...
