Awesome ! That works as you said as long as I then keep any Sd channels on the lower 2 quads it continues to work . Tested by tuning to an Sd channel in upper quad and it locked it up again. At least I can use it now if I watch what channels are where. Hopefully they can get that fixed someday...

Mine just did the same thing this morning while I was watching it . Screen went black then the message came up after I tried to do a red button reset. Then system rebooted in a few minutes.

The Movies & More button on my 625 is now grayed out . Now I can't watch pay per view previews. Has this been disabled on the 625 ?

An email to ceo@echostar.com took care of it. They said that annual customers did not have it put on their account but since I have autopay they could set it up. They also said to let them know if I planned on removing autopay because then they would have to set it up a different way.
