Yesterday I called Dish about this, and they stated that I should be getting them, and re added the package, and I immediately got the "Thanks for your service" email with a cert. number for a movie. So, hopefully I'll get the next one next month.

Nope... In chat, he stated that he could not re add it, as it had expired and if he did, it would cost me the monthly fee.

Is it true that after four years you no longer get the monthly free movie certificate any longer. I had used "chat" to ask Dish why mine has stopped, and their reply was that it ends after four years. I can find nothing on their web site that states anything other than you get one per month.

Did those channels happen to be in free preview at the time? I also only use Favorites and the freebies always show up and go away on their own.

Mine worked last night, I un-paused the playback when I wasn't near the remote.

I just tried Dish Anywhere (android) and it worked fine, I exited and let it update and restarted the app and it also worked just fine.

Well, so far, I have seen the bats, the big rat, the werewolf, the statue flaps its wings, the big spider climbing up the rocks to the castle, the horse drawn carriage, but I haven't seen Big Foot (yet)...

Well, it looks like Bigfoot shows up riding a bicycle through the town square... And the robot is dumb!

He just hasn't come back from vacation yet...

I just started having the exact same problem on my Hopper, but it seems to be only on my local Fox station, as I have not noticed it on anything else...

I find that if you keep them in a dark place, they multiply...:)

Thanks for the replies and suggestions, I think that at the moment the best solution is to keep the OTA adapter unplugged, and maybe just plug the antenna into my TV in case the sat goes down so that I have something to watch ...Well I guess that it is still worth the price that Dish charged - "0".
