    St Louis Locals

I'd check all the coax connectors in the system between the hub and receivers. Also note any badly kinked or otherwise damaged cables.

That sounds like your Moca signal is degraded in the house cabling between receivers.

    St Louis Locals

I've "lived" in St Louis and have received their locals for about 15+ years off the EA. We don't watch DISH very much, but about a week ago I noticed the locals were not tuning in. The reciever messages given are Seems thelist is gone and I'm having a heck of a time trying to find...

    4K Events Discussion Thread

I was recording the whole 4k Packer-49er game via timer. No video on the channel prior to the timer starting and none throughout the game broadcast. Today the recording replays normal with video.

Thanks Bobby. 540-1 is audio only for me. No idea why, I can stream 4k through the Hopper on Prime/Netflix. In the past I had 4k on the 540s.

    4K Events Discussion Thread

Are the 4k Joeys supposed to have access to 540 when the H3 has no issue with it? Are the 4k Joeys supposed to play recordings off 540? Are the 540 subchannels on certain orbitals?

    Loyal Dish customer longevity

Nice. 625 is ringing a bell. I used to buy my receivers when there were monthly fees to be saved. Last Dish equipment I bought was the 722k OTA module. Still have one, maybe two in the cabinet.

Playing NBC Feeds w/ All Audio Tracks (via VLC and OpenWebif)

Try the method in the second post. Launch VLC by dragging the exe file over the bat file icon. Right-click/copy link the stream icon next to the channel in the OpenWebif channel list. Paste this link into the Open Network Stream, then Play. Sometimes my OpenWebif will create the m3u8 file...

Playing NBC Feeds w/ All Audio Tracks (via VLC and OpenWebif)

Alternately, to launch the channel... Open VLC by dragging the VLC.exe file over the .bat file to launch VLC with all audio channels activated. In OpenWebif Right click the "Stream" icon next to the NBC channel that is desired, then Copy Link Address. Go to VLC>Media>Open Network Stream and...

Playing NBC Feeds w/ All Audio Tracks (via VLC and OpenWebif)

NBC feeds are great, except for the split audio tracks that they contain. Here is a way I've found to watch with all audio tracks active. This is done via PC and the player VLC, and in my case with Enigma based STBs, specifically OSMIO4k for me. First, make a .bat file like this: Next, I...
