How many realignment calls are going to come in to dish because of the wobble & peaking dish to the best signal to get 129 now,when installers did some sacrificed 119&110 for better signal at 129?.
If 110 & 119 signal strength is acceptable and Ciel 2 boosts 129 strength, why would anyone notice or call for a re-peak?
That's the situation I have right now. I was thinking when the new sat is live all I would see is 129 signal strength go up.

Just increase altitude above geo a bit & you'll track the other way. Exceedingly unlikely they'll overshoot anyway.

In Hawaii we get signals on both 110 and 119 and also a spot beam from 110.
When the spot beam from 129 is active can they point it so it is picked up by the 110 dish or will I have to have a third dish at 129?

Yes, but Santa never brought me HD locals. I've been asking for years...
And before someone points it out, I fully expect that HD locals won't be on it for a few weeks while they get the spotbeams ready, but progress is progress.
And lastly, I also am fully aware that just because they had Indy locals on there for testing doesn't mean I'm really going to get them. Indy has been a tease for a few years now, even being fully uplinked at least once.

Not possible. You will need a 3rd dish, or else a replacement dish that can "see" all 3 orbital locations.
Just the opposite.
They need to remove the CONUS HD locals from 129, because Ciel-2 has less CONUS transponders and lots and lots of spot beams.
If you don't live within a spotbeam from either Ciel-2 (129) or Rainbow-1 (61.5), you may be out of luck soon (in terms of HD Locals).
I don't think there's going to be any part of the US not covered by a spotbeam...except maybe Maine.
