I have exactly the same problem. No LOS for 110/etc. I may just go with the HD pack but I will miss out on feeds that come from the other birds.

Let me understand - HD pack will have other feeds that E* currently carries, so technically to get all of your $9.99+5.00 worth the sub would need 2 dishes. (In my case the second will just look at my neighbor's trees). Is that right?

I wonder wether E* will offer the VOOM package separately by itself. I have no LOS for 110. With the combination of cable and VOOM 10 it would not be a bad deal.

I am just too confused right now. I think I'll wait past May 1st. Hopefully OTA works Monday night so I can watch 24.

I had a hard time pointing the Voom dish when it got 1st installed. Finally got it working on a pole. I know I cannot get Dish because of the trees. Where can I look to get the DirectTV pointing angles for both SD and HD. I may be screwed alltoghether.

I am 19 miles from WVIT NBC30 which is listed as O&O station. I am getting 321 which is the same as my OTA NBC. Just called Voom about 593 and 594. They could not figure it out. The guy said it would take up to 10 days to process. The games will be over by then...

I'm confused. I am WVIT region and Voom gave me only 321 which is the same than OTA WVIT which by the way has better PQ and Dolby 5.1 sound. So what's with the 593 and 594? I called and they told me that I wasn't qualified.

Dvlos, This payment issue from local installers is ridiculous. Yes, they do have to buy the stuff and then get reimbursed but according to Installs Inc. once they pre-approve the upgrade based on the customer's complaint the local installer pretty much has a blank check. If still in doubt...

So I bought CM3020 and put it up last night. I am getting the missing ABC and UPN just fine now. In fact there is 3 ABC feeds. I haven't finished scanning yet but looks like I will be able to pick up other distant feeds as well. To confirm that the installer was an idiot - ABC on vhf IS HD...

Deja vu it is... I spent 1/2 hour arguing with the installer. He plugged my address into antennaweb.org and like I mentioned before saw TWO channels. I told him to remove the address and leave only the zip code. He refused and said that Voom only accepts channels that this stupid site shows...
