    I'm not sure that is entirely true. I would think that channel placement is part of the contract negotiations to carry the channel, and it is, in fact, agreed to by both Dish and the channel owner at some level.

    I would expect that all SD feeds that have an HD feed have a very limited shelf life

    Isn't it great that we all have choices? Just not maybe the one you want because time has moved on. I still use a 722K but am fully aware my time with it is likely limited.

    I have this also on one vehicle. I didn't look at the link, but there was no auto renewal for what I got. The vehicle did have to be a certain age or older, I believe, too.

    Corrrect me if I am wrong but MLB.tv is subject to the blackout restrictions. I believe the Bally / Fandual is not bound by that and can be used in the "local" market
